The Basingstoke Writers' Circle (BWC) meets as an informal group of friendly, local, amateur poetry and prose writers. We are not a tutored class but instead offer encouragement, support and if asked, direction and coaching for our members.

Basingstoke Music & Arts Festival Writing
Following on from the September meeting where Rosemary Trollope and Angela Hurley explained about the Basingstoke Music and Arts Festival, for members, the BWC will pay for you to have one entry into this Festival. Programmes for the event will be available at the October meeting. The sections are: Short Story, Poetry, Sonnets, Scripts, Letter Writing and Non-Fiction.
